Gottman Relationship Check-Up & Coaching

A structured, research-based program for couples who want to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and grow with intention.

Reconnecting through insight and intention

The Gottman Relationship Check-Up & Coaching program helps couples build understanding, strengthen communication, and nurture closeness using the Gottman Method’s research-based tools. Together, you and your therapist will turn insight into meaningful, practical change.

How it works

1. Take the Gottman Relationship Check-Up

Each partner completes a confidential online assessment measuring key areas of relationship health. Your therapist reviews the results before meeting with you both.

2. 90-Minute Goal-Setting Session

In this first session, you’ll review your results, identify goals, and create a personalized plan for the quarter.

3. Practice with Gottman Builder

Between sessions, use Gottman Builder videos and exercises to practice new skills in real life.

4. 50-Minute Check-Ins

Every three weeks, meet for a brief session to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and set new goals.

5. Quarterly Reassessment

At the end of the quarter, retake the Check-Up to measure growth and renew your plan if you’d like to continue.
