About my approach

I’m collaborative and focused on your goals—and I bring humor when it helps. We’ll look for the patterns shaping your relationships and daily life, then practice small, doable changes that create momentum.

What clients say

Clients say I help them notice patterns they couldn’t see before. They appreciate an approach that feels warm and human while still moving toward clear, shared goals.

Guiding idea / Point of therapy

Sometimes people just need a little help getting back on track. Therapy offers a dedicated space to realign with what matters and practice what works.

Tools & frameworks I use

CBT • Family Systems • Polyvagal-Informed • Gottman • Perinatal Mental Health

What you can expect in a session with me

We’ll set shared goals (for couples/families) or personal goals (for individuals), map the patterns getting in the way, and build skills for communication, regulation, and repair. Expect clarifying questions, gentle humor, and concrete next steps you can try between sessions.

If you’re nervous to start…

That’s completely understandable. I’m happy to talk about what would make it feel more comfortable for you so we can shape the space together.

Something I value

Humor—because it can connect us and make hard work feel a little lighter.

Outside of therapy you’ll find me…

Drinking tea, reading fiction, and checking out museums.

Note: If you’re in crisis or need immediate support, call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
