About my approach

Warm, collaborative, and safe—with practical structure. I help you redefine emotional experiences, find patterns in thoughts, body cues, and relationships, and work on attachment so that small shifts in session lead to meaningful change beyond it. My approach is culturally informed and holistic, focused on well-being inside and outside the therapy room.

What clients say

Clients share that they feel safe, understood, and comfortably challenged. They appreciate reflective, introspective questions and that therapy with me goes beyond talking—it includes practices that foster awareness, movement, and growth.

Guiding idea / Point of therapy

To improve holistic well-being and build healthy relationships with self, others, and the universe.

Tools & frameworks I use

DBT • Narrative Therapy • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) • Somatic / Mind-Body • Mindfulness • Polyvagal-informed approaches

What you can expect in a session with me

We’ll explore patterns and attachment needs, practice DBT skills for emotional balance and communication, use Narrative Therapy to re-author limiting stories, and integrate somatic and polyvagal tools to calm and reconnect with the body. For neurodivergent clients, we’ll co-design structures, sensory boundaries, and strategies grounded in your strengths. You’ll leave with a small, meaningful step to try in daily life.

If you’re nervous to start…

It can be powerful to feel safe enough to be vulnerable—and investing in healthy relationships makes life a little less challenging (and more fun). It’s like opening a stiff door: a bit of effort at first, then a space that feels safe and freeing.

My colleagues describe me as…

Curious, collaborative, and gently challenging—warm and steady, with a focus on attachment and small shifts that create lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room you'll find me...

Doing Wordle and the Crossword Mini, taking slow walks, and exploring cocktail places. I identify as an Indian woman, spiritual and community-focused—values that often inform how I see connection and healing.

Note: If you’re in crisis or need immediate support, call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
