About my approach
My style is genuine, warm, and nurturing. I help clients uncover their authentic selves and live fuller, more meaningful lives. Together, we create a space that feels safe, curious, and nonjudgmental—where you can explore your story, find your strengths, and move toward living in alignment with your values.
What clients say
Clients often describe me as easy to open up to, caring, and honest. They appreciate that I’m genuinely interested in who they are, that I validate their experiences, and that I help them see themselves and their relationships from new perspectives.
Guiding idea / Point of therapy
Therapy is about finding a relationship where you can safely explore and express your true self—and then live that truth in your daily life.
Tools & frameworks I use
Narrative Therapy • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) • Mindfulness • Play Therapy
What you can expect in a session with me
You can expect warmth, curiosity, and honesty. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you challenge unhelpful beliefs while building deeper self-understanding. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling grounded, seen, and one step closer to the life you want to live. Having worked with youth and families at Children's National Medical Center, I am skilled in helping my clients navigate complex systems in an empowered way.
If you’re nervous to start…
Finding a good therapist can be hard, and it’s normal to feel unsure. I’ll meet you where you are and do everything I can to make this space feel comfortable and supportive.
Outside of therapy you’ll find me…
Playing with my three cats, making art—painting, building, and pixel art—and finding joy in creativity and connection.
Note: If you’re in crisis or need immediate support, call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
