About my approach
I take a body-centered and relational approach—combining movement, art, mindfulness, and systems thinking. We slow down, listen to the body’s cues, and use that information to improve communication, repair ruptures, and feel more at home in your relationships and yourself.
What clients say
Clients describe a warm, safe space with gentle, grounded guidance. They appreciate invitations to notice what’s happening in their bodies and the way this deepens insight and connection.
Guiding idea / Point of therapy
The way out is through. Therapy offers a compassionate place to be honest and vulnerable—so you don’t face your challenges alone. It’s a place to reconnect with your body, relationships, and inner wisdom.
Tools & frameworks I use
Internal Family Systems (IFS) • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) • Somatic & Mind-Body work • Polyvagal-informed practice • Mindfulness • Gottman-informed communication skills
What you can expect in a session with me
We’ll ground and tune into the nervous system, map the couple/family cycle, and use IFS parts work alongside EFT and Gottman-informed skills to practice new ways of connecting. Somatic and polyvagal tools help bring safety back online. Creative movement/art exercises can express what words can’t. You’ll leave with one small practice to try between sessions.
If you’re nervous to start…
Pat yourself on the back for getting this far. Reaching out takes courage. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you—your intuition and timing matter here.
Outside of the therapy room you'll find me...
Dancing, meditating, time in nature, ocean swims, TV nights, knitting, embroidering, and gardening.
Note: If you’re in crisis or need immediate support, call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
