With a background in community organizing, facilitation, and conflict resolution, Olga is skilled at helping clients navigate emotionally intense moments with compassion and care. She is especially drawn to working with clients who are navigating issues of the emotional terrain—grief, change, disconnection—and wanting to feel more whole, connected, and resourced in themselves and their relationships.

Olga draws from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on each client’s needs, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, somatic modalities such as Hakomi and Authentic Movement, and Compassionate Inquiry. She strives to create a warm, inclusive space where people of all backgrounds and identities feel welcome and safe to show up fully as themselves. Her work invites clients to reconnect with their innate wisdom and cultivate deeper self-trust

Born in the U.S. and raised on the Greek island of Thassos, Olga earned a B.A. in Anthropology and International Studies from Indiana University before moving to the East Coast. Olga is currently pursuing an M.A. in Dance/Movement Therapy and Couples and Family Therapy at Antioch University New England. She also holds advanced training in Compassionate Inquiry, Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 and 2), and Hakomi Somatic Coaching.

Olga has called Washington, D.C. home for over a decade and finds joy in hiking through Rock Creek Park, paddleboarding on the Potomac, and tending to the local ecosystem—one trash bag at a time.
