  • Ages: Ages 3+, Adults, Families

About my approach

I’m direct, collaborative, and I bring humor to hard work. We’ll map the patterns—thoughts, feelings, body cues—that shape your choices, then introduce new skills to support the life you want. My goal is to help you work with the resources you have and build the ones you don’t.

What clients say

Clients say they feel seen and heard—and that I help translate what feels confusing into something understandable and workable. We challenge the status quo, explore the unknown, and make space where mistakes and questions are welcome.

Guiding idea / Point of therapy

Therapy helps you understand how to use the resources you already have—and build the ones you need—to move forward with confidence.

Tools & frameworks I use

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) • Somatic / Mind–Body • Play Therapy • Polyvagal-Informed

When helpful for kids and families, I may also draw from Theraplay, parent coaching, and school advocacy.

What you can expect in a session with me

Expect clear structure, honest feedback, and practical skills. We’ll track patterns, practice regulation tools, and test out new ways of communicating and deciding—so changes stick outside the session.

If you’re nervous to start…

Therapy can be challenging—and you won’t do it alone. I’m here to support you, pace the work, and keep it grounded in what matters most to you.

A belief that shapes my work

“You are the pilot and I’m the copilot in your journey.”

Outside of therapy you’ll find me…

Spending time with my husband and son, watching reality TV, and listening to music. I value genuine connection—inside and outside the therapy room.

Note: If you’re in crisis or need immediate support, call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
