About my approach
Curious, direct, and affirming, I work collaboratively to help you learn what’s important to you and find ways to live it out more fully. Therapy with me balances safety and challenge—you’ll feel seen and supported, while we also stay focused on your goals.
What clients say
Clients describe sessions as thoughtful, compassionate, and productive. They appreciate that therapy isn’t just about understanding themselves but about doing something with that understanding—turning insight into small, steady change.
Guiding idea / Point of therapy
This space is for you and you only. No one needs to get anything out of this process except you—and together, we’ll shape therapy around what works for you and your comfort.

What you can expect in a session with me
We’ll explore what’s been getting in your way, notice patterns, and practice strategies that fit who you are. I tend to ask important, reflective questions and help you make meaningful connections between your experiences, thoughts, and goals. I’ll always aim to help you feel comfortable and seen—while also holding you accountable to the change you came here for.
If you’re nervous to start…
That’s totally okay. It takes courage to start therapy. My goal is to make this process collaborative, practical, and customized to your comfort level. Together, we’ll find a pace that works for you.
My colleagues describe me as…
Curious, direct, and kind—a therapist who asks sharp questions, listens deeply, and helps clients connect dots they hadn’t seen before.
Outside of the therapy room you'll find me...
Playing and running tabletop role-playing games with friends—especially Dungeons & Dragons. If you play, I want to hear all about your campaigns and characters!
Note: If you’re in crisis or need immediate support, call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
