About my approach

I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. Many clients come in feeling unsure how to move forward—whether that’s navigating parenting challenges, relationship stress, or major life transitions. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel supported and understood, while also building practical skills you can use in your everyday life. My goal is to help you feel more confident, capable, and connected to the direction you want your life to go.

What clients say

Clients often describe me as genuine, supportive, and approachable. They appreciate having a space that feels comfortable and grounded, where they can be themselves. When it feels helpful, I may also bring in light humor to make the process feel more natural and less intimidating.

Guiding idea / Point of therapy

I believe therapy is a space to heal from past experiences, develop self-compassion, and grow into the version of yourself you want to be. People have the capacity to rewrite their story and move forward in ways that feel aligned and meaningful.

Tools & frameworks I use

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Family Systems • Narrative Therapy • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) • Play Therapy

What you can expect in a session with me

You can expect a supportive, collaborative experience where you feel comfortable being yourself. I’ll meet you with warmth and curiosity, while helping you build skills and insights that translate into real-life change.

If you’re nervous to start…

It’s completely okay to feel nervous. You don’t have to be fully ready or know exactly what to say. Just showing up is the first step. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.

A belief that shapes my work

Mental well-being looks different for everyone. I believe people are capable of change, growth, and rewriting their story—no matter where they start.

Outside of therapy you’ll find me…

Hiking, cooking, tending to my chickens, and exploring with my son.

Note: If you’re in crisis or need immediate support, call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
