About my approach
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and rooted in anti-oppressive practice. I want clients to feel comfortable bringing all parts of themselves into therapy without judgment. My style is conversational and interactive—focused on collaboration, curiosity, and real connection. You’ll always know you can give feedback and shape our work together.
What clients say
Clients describe me as funny, insightful, and authentic. They appreciate my transparency, my humor, and that I bring both lived experience and clinical skill to our work. Together, we build a relationship where you can be your full self and make meaningful change without pressure to conform.
Guiding idea / Point of therapy
I believe therapy should affirm all parts of who you are and support you in exploring how systems, relationships, and personal patterns intersect—so you can move toward balance, growth, and belonging.
Tools & frameworks I use
Narrative Therapy • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Mindfulness-Based Interventions
What you can expect in a session with me
Sessions with me are collaborative and conversational. We’ll look at how your past and present experiences connect, identify patterns, and explore tools that align with your values. My goal is for you to feel affirmed, empowered, and free to bring your full self into the room.
If you’re nervous to start…
Starting therapy can be intimidating, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’ll meet you where you are and help you make sense of what’s next—at your pace, with warmth and honesty.
Outside of therapy you’ll find me…
Hiking, sleeping in, hanging out with friends, and exercising. I value humor, authenticity, and spaces where people can just be fully themselves.
Note: If you’re in crisis or need immediate support, call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
